Your Solo Travel Coach

You know how I started traveling solo 28 years ago? My Europe traveling companion decided to go home early – half way through our 8 week trip. Seriously.

Nothing shows you what you’re made of by being left on your own to figure it out.

It was one of the best things that ever happened to me.

If you’re thinking of moving to Portugal and want to bounce your visa, Portugal or other moving-related strategy questions or concerns off someone already in the process of moving to Portugal herself, schedule a call with me. Perhaps I can point you in the right direction.

  1. I wanted to write to tell you how impressed I am with your professional and fact filled video about Porto, Portugal. I am heading there in a few days to go sailing along the coast but have had a hard time finding comprehensive information about the city, where I will stay for a couple of nights before joining the sailboat.
I came across your YouTube presentation by accident but am so happy I did and am very impressed with your web-site. Next time I travel, I will check out your site first for local information.
I am 80 now. I did my first solo trip to Europe in 1964/65, backpacking for nine months a few years before it became the thing to do. I hope you continue to promote solo travel, travel for older people, and travel in general.
Best of luck and thank you so much!

    1. Hello Bob,
By the time you see this you may already be in Porto, I hope you are having a wonderful time before your sailing trip. I am VERY pleased you found the Porto video and found it useful for planning your trip. That’s what I aim to do! 😀 I’d love to have you as a follower and hope you have Subscribed to the channel as there are many more travel guides, itineraries, tips, etc. coming! In fact, I just released my Santorini Travel Guide ( and am now working on Zakynthos, which I personally prefer over Santorini. Anyway, don’t worry. I will keep traveling the older I get so more and more travel content will be coming on both platforms. Thank you SO much for finding and following CORR Travel. I’m pleased you’ll keep coming back! Best, Gwen
